If you have selected “yes” to receive a proof, you will receive your proof via email within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Production time does not begin until the proof is approved.
Orders with proofs include 2 complimentary proofs with minor changes. Major changes and additional proofs will incur a fee of $25 each.
For local pickup, you will receive an email once your order is ready. Standard production is 5-7 business days from proof approval.
For digital files only, you will receive your file via email within 3-4 business days or once your proof is approved.
